Website Update Policy

At 2A Marketing, we are committed to delivering top-notch service and ensuring our clients’ websites are up-to-date. Please review our policy regarding website updates to understand the process and associated timelines.

1. Standard Turnaround Time:

The following applies to clients who pay a retainer for website updates.

– All simple website update requests will be processed and completed within a turnaround time of 24-48 hours from the time of the request’s receipt.
(Includes adding a new blog post, new images added to a page, text updates, etc.)

-All complex website update requests will be processed and completed within a 4-5 business days.

-Clients who are on a monthly retainer have a certain number of included hours this number can be found in your agreement. When an update comes in that takes us more than the allotted monthly hours will be billed our hourly rate.

2. Immediate Updates:
– If a client requires an immediate update, and the urgency is not due to an error or oversight on the part of 2A Marketing, an expedited service fee will apply.
– The expedited service will be billed at an hourly rate.

3. Errors and Oversights:
– In the event that a required update is due to an error or oversight by 2A Marketing, we will prioritize the correction and complete it as soon as possible without any additional charges.

4. Update Submission:
– Clients are encouraged to provide clear and comprehensive details when submitting update requests to ensure timely and accurate updates.

5. Billing:
– Any work that falls under the expedited service fee will be billed separately, and clients will be notified in advance of any additional charges.

6. Feedback and Quality Assurance:
– Post-update, we welcome feedback to ensure the changes align with client expectations. We are dedicated to ensuring high-quality updates and client satisfaction.
