Remote Work Program
The world has changed so much after Covid rocked our world. One of those is remote work with the use of Zoom and Google Meet. 2A Marketing’s hybrid remote work program lets team members work from home every Monday and sometimes on Friday.
Remote Work Policy
- Working Hours
Working an 8-hour day is still expected, however, we understand things tend to happen when you are at home. We don’t mind if you do a load of laundry or water your plants but please be respectful of completing an 8-hour work day. - Virtual Meeting Etiquette
During any virtual meeting whether it be team meetings or client meetings please always have your camera on and dressed work appropriate. (Yes that means wearing a shirt during any and all meetings JON!)
During client meetings doing tasks that are not related to the meeting is not encouraged.
- Remote Work Schedule
Monday – Everyone can work from home however if being in the office is needed please do so.
Friday – Team members can work from home every other Friday however when in-person work is needed please be available. It doesn’t mean you have to work in the office the entire day, but when fieldwork is scheduled on any work-from-home day it will be expected you be there.
- Other Remote Work Days
We understand life happens and things need to be handled. This includes home repair, vehicle repair, medical situations and more. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time that you need to work from home when needed.
